What We Fix Most Here
We're based in Huntersville and travel out to the towns and unincorporated areas around it - we don't keep a second location in any of them. Across the service area, homes went up mostly between 1967 and 2011, with a median build year of 1997, and most of the 18 named areas we cover cluster in that 1980s-90s wave.
- Davidson (6 mi) skews toward the older end of that range, so original torsion springs past their rated cycle count show up often. - Denver (14 mi), Harrisburg (14 mi), and Enochville (14 mi) are mostly 80s-90s builds - factory openers still in place, just tired. - Mount Holly (10 mi) and Stanley (13 mi) fall in the same construction wave, and we see more panel warp than spring failure out there.

How the Visit Works
You call or send in what's wrong - door won't open, spring snapped, opener grinds but the door doesn't move. We ask where you are so we can plan the drive from Huntersville, since some of these towns add real time to the route. We give you a window, not a guess dressed up as a promise.

Towns like Mint Hill at 20 miles or Dallas at 19 miles take real time to reach, so those jobs usually get a scheduled window rather than a same-day slot. Closer spots like Davidson or Highland Creek are easier to fold into a day already running nearby.
Is my older door worth fixing or replacing?
Depends on the door's age and what's failing. A snapped spring on an otherwise sound door is almost always a repair. A door from the early end of our 1967-2011 build range with worn seals, rusted panels, and a tired opener is usually a replacement conversation - we'll tell you which one you're in.
