The Work We Take On
Most of the garage doors we get called out on sit in houses built between 1967 and 2011, with the bulk of that stock going up through the 1980s and 90s. That matters because it tells us what's behind the door before we open the truck: extension springs on older single-car setups, torsion systems on the wider double doors that came standard in the newer subdivisions, and a mix of steel and aluminum panels depending on the decade a neighborhood was framed.
We handle broken springs, cables off the drum, openers that grind or won't respond, rollers worn out of their track, and panels dented or rusted through at the bottom seam. We also swap out openers that have outlived their circuit boards rather than chase a part that costs more than the unit.
What we don't do: we're not a new-construction install crew, and if your door is old enough that half the hardware is discontinued, we'll tell you straight whether a repair is worth it or whether replacing the whole door is the cheaper call in the long run. A repair that costs most of a new door's price isn't a favor to you, even if it's good business for us.

Further out we still take jobs in Denver, Enochville, Harrisburg, Lake Norman of Catawba, McAdenville, Lowell, Belmont, Ranlo, Cramerton, Dallas, High Shoals, and Mint Hill, though drive time factors into scheduling the further we go.
